Über organische Katalysatoren. V. Untersuchungen über die Spaltung der α‐Ketosäuren

Abstract: In einer friiheren Arbeit') haben wir eine neue Katalyse beschrieben, bei der u-Ketosauren in Aldehyde und Kohlendioxyd gespalten werden. Die Reaktion beruht auf Bildnng substituierter Iminosauren, diese spalten Kohlendioxyd ab, und die entstandenen Aldehyd-iniine setzen sich wieder mit Uberschussiger a-Ketosiiure nm, z. B.: t -W i r haben damals die Reaktion in der Hauptsache kinetisch untersucht. Uas interessanteste Ergebnis war die Feststellung einer Hemmnng durch das Reaktionsprodukt, den Aldehyd.
