Über den Mechanismus des enzymatischen Abbaues von Pektinstoffen verschiedenen Veresterungsgrades

Abstract: Volumen xxxv, Fasciculus VII (1952) -No. 292-293. 2363 45 Std. bei 30° unter Riihren gehalten, dann kalt abgesaugt, mit Benzol nachgewaschen und getrocknet. Derart wurden 168,9 g (84,8% d.Th.) der Additionsverbindung vom Smp. 144,6-146,5° in schneeweissen Gistallen erhalten. Fur die Analyse wurde &us der zehnfachen Menge Dioxan umkristallisiert und bei looo iiber Phosphorpentoxyd im Vakuum getrocknet. Smp. 148-149O.
