“…To best of our knowledge, no attempt was reported to optimize the profile of a turbine blade cascade in presence of non-equilibrium condensation. Therefore, in this work, we are aimed to utilize an inhouse numerical two phase flow solver (which its suitable performance has been proved previously [18][19][20]) to optimize the profile of a 2D turbine blade cascade and a 3d nozzle accounting for homogenous nucleation of water droplets in gas flow and the velocity slip between gas and liquid phases.
