Twin Peak Quasi‐Periodic Oscillations and Stability via Thin‐Shell Formalism of Traversable Wormholes in Symmetric Teleparallel Gravity

Abstract: This article explores the wormhole geometry in the background of symmetric teleparallel gravity or f () gravity, where  is the non-metricity term, and definite subject for the gravitational interaction. All the energy conditions are investigated for two different generic shape functions. The presence of exotic matter is confirmed due to the violation of the energy conditions. The epicyclic orbits of test particles around wormhole throat for the considered models are discussed. Twin peak Quasi-periodic oscill… Show more

“…It is interesting to mention here that our constructed WH solutions satisfy all the required conditions that should be present for the existence of WH solutions. In f (R, T) gravitational theory, we have obtained that the NEC, as well as WEC for the resulting WHs, is violated so, our results are consistent with the that discussed before [63][64][65][66][67][68].…”

“…The name is due to the fact that the spacetime neatly interpolates between the standard Schwarzschild black hole and the Morris-Thorne traversable wormhole [26]. It is important to highlight that the study of traversable wormholes is a topic of great interest in the literature in several contexts [27][28][29][30][31][32][33]. Beyond this, the geometry is regular everywhere if the "bounce" parameter a is non-null.…”

“…In modified gravity theories, each gravity theory includes its distinctive system of matching conditions that are produced from their equations of motion to address discontinuous surface areas, which incorporate various essential properties (see for more information [32][33][34][35][36][37]). However, in such gravity theories, the need for the exotic matter stuff may be removed since the matter that makes up the geometry of the wormhole fits the energy conditions and higher-order components of scalar curvature make it easier to create wormholes [38][39][40][41]. The influence of traversable as well as non-traversable wormholes by choosing numerous types of functions, varying instances by adjusting parametric values of the considered models, and noting how wormhole symmetry performs in these scenarios have all been comprehensively studied in [42][43][44][45][46][47].…”

“…These findings suggest specific exact wormhole solutions without exotic matter. The relativistic effects are studied by many researchers with different fluid configurations in the background of modified gravitational theories, one can see for further details [41,[60][61][62][63][64][65][66][67].…”
