Abstract: SUMMARYIn this study, detailed morphology and anatomy of four Heptaptera species (H. cilicica (Boiss. & Bal.) (SEM). In this study, it was determined that morphological and anatomical characteristics of fruits show significant differences that will be helpful for the taxonomical identification of Heptaptera species.

Öz Tıbbi ve aromatik bitkiler, tarih öncesi çağlardan bu yana tedavi edici özelliklerinin yanında gıda üretiminde tat ve aroma katmak amacıyla yaygın olarak kullanılmaktadır. Son yıllarda özellikle yurt dışında büyük ilgi gören bitkilerle tedavi yöntemi, yurdumuzda da önem kazanmaya başlamıştır. Sunulan çalışma Bitlis ilinde doğal olarak yetişen Prangos pabularia bitkisinin antioksidan ve antimikrobiyal özelliklerini incelemek amacıyla planlandı. Çalışmada kullanılan P. pabularia bitki örnekleri Bitlis Kambos Dağı'ndan toplandı. Bitkinin yaprak ve meyvelerinin uçucu yağları su distilasyonu ile elde edildi. Antioksidan özelliklerinin belirlenmesi için DPPH metodu kullanıldı. Bitki meyvelerinin ve yapraklarının antioksidan aktiviteleri sırasıyla %28.70 ve %25.54, IC50 değerleri ise 15.43 µg/ml ve 16.73 µg/ml olarak saptandı. Antimikrobiyal aktivite ise disk difüzyon metodu kullanılarak belirlendi. Bitki meyvelerinden elde edilen uçucu yağlar Proteus mirabilis ve Enterobacter aurogenes standart suşlarına karşı zayıf antibiyotik etki gösterdi. Yapraklardan elde edilen uçucu yağlar ise bakteri ya da mantar suşlarına karşı herhangi bir antibiyotik etki göstermedi.

The genus Grammosciadium is a member of the family Apiaceae and has four taxa namely G. daucoides, G. macrodon subsp. macrodon, G. macrodon subsp. nezaketiae and G. cornutum distributed in Turkey. Because the fruit anatomical characters are distinctly important for the taxonomy of the family Apiaceae, this study includes the detailed anatomy of the fruits of the genus. Moreover, some measurements from the fruit anatomy are given. Besides the general anatomy of them, the taxa are evaluated by both qualitative characters such as mericarp types and clarity of ribs and quantitative characters such as number of vascular bundles, number of vittae, size of mericarp, vittae, endosperm and vascular bundles. All the data presented in this research study may be used as a basis for all possible research on the taxonomy of the family and the genu.
