Türkiye’de Son Yıllarda Gübrede Uygulanan Politikalara Genel Bir Bakış

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın temel amacı, Türk ye'de son on yılda gübrede uygulanan pol t kaların değerlend r lmes d r. Gübrede st krarlı ve sürekl l ğ olan pol t kaların olmadığı, daha çok günlük kararlarla yürütülen uygulamaların ağırlıklı olduğu görülmekted r. Türk ye, gerek gübre thalatında gerekse gübre hammaddes açısından büyük ölçüde dışa bağımlı b r ülke konumunda olup, yapılan değerlend rmelerde Türk ye'de en yaygın ek m alanına sah p Pamuk, Buğday ve Mısır'da fiyat artışlarının bu ürünler n öneml g rd s olan gübren n çok ger s nde kaldığı görülmekted r. Gübre fiyatı le ürün fiyatları arasındak par ten n ürün fiyatları leh ne olması yanında, sağlıklı gübre kullanımı ç n toprak kaynağı le lg l ver ler n de çok y b l n yor olması gerekl olup, kapsamlı b r toprak envanter çıkartılarak CBS ortamında uygun görülen gübre çeş d ve m ktarıyla nterakt f kullanıma açık b r şek lde şlenmes , gübre le lg l thalat, hracat, üret m ve gübre malatında kullanılan ana ve ara malların ver ler n n de çok sıkı b r şek lde zlenmes ve kayıt altına alınması gerekmekted r. Political economy of input–output markets of groundnut: A case from the groundnut value chain of Turkey

“…The 2005 fertilizer subsidy was not provided in 2006, but was reintroduced in 2007, motivated by the ruling the Justice and Development Party's (AKP) concern to get votes in the elections in July 2007. Since then, the amount of fertilizer support has been updated yearly and paid to farmers per decare (Bilge & Artukoğlu, 2019; Yeni & Dölekoğlu, 2003; Yılmaz, 2000).
