Tumour marker levels in patients with chronic heart failure

Abstract: Background: Carbohydrate Antigen 125 (CA 125), a marker for ovarian cancer has been reported to increase in relation to the severity of heart failure. Objective: To evaluate the serum levels of CA 125 and other tumour markers, in patients with chronic heart failure.
