Tumor necrosis factor-α inhibitor therapy and fetal risk: A systematic literature review

Abstract: Tumor necrosis factor-α inhibitors (anti-TNFs) are effective in the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) recalcitrant to conventional medical therapy.
