Primary health services are efforts made to increase access to quality health services. The increasing burden of tuberculosis in the world is inadequate health services, practices carried out that do not comply with SOPs, causing the detection of tuberculosis to worsen. Quality nursery provides services to achieve the patient's desires orexpectation. Service quality is influenced by Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy. Improving the quality of nursing in hospitals can be done with work management. Psychologically, they consider their work to be meaningful, there is a sense of responsibility for the work they do so that the results of their work can increase patient satisfaction. Performance management is a process used for planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating. The aim of this research is to identify work management in improving the quality of tuberculosis nursing. The method used in this research is a literature review. The library sources used are laws and journals. Article literature sources consist of Scopus, Science direct, Proques, JSTOR, EBSCOhost, Spingerlink, Pubmed, Google Scholar. By using the keywords "tuberculosis", "patient perspective", "quality of nursing" and "performance". Work management requires planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating to improve service quality. Facilities, good communication, ability to provide services, ability to help, listen and resolve patient complaints, provide attention and motivation can improve the quality of nursing. Introduction: Several nursing implementations do not match with nursing intervention classification. This situation requires further study to prove it. This study aims to describe nursing implementations on tuberculosis patients with airway clearance ineffective and imbalance nutrition: less than body requirement. Methods: This study was a quantitative observational descriptive study. Data were collected by observing nursing implementation documentations during two months. The research variable was nursing implementation in pulmonary tuberculosis patients. The sampling technique was purposive sampling.Results: Most of the implementation carried out by nurses in the diagnosis of ineffective airway clearance was providing oxygen (58.1%) and the second order was recommending sputum in the pot (10,5%). Most nursing implementation in diagnosis imbalance nutrition: less than body required was to educate the diet (85.7%), and the smallest is to recommend eating that is not spicy (1.2%). Conclusion: The most implementation that nurses do to overcome the diagnosis of ineffective airway clearance was giving oxygen to the patient. While the most implementation that nurses do in diagnosis imbalance nutrition: less than body required was educate the patient's diet. Interventions carried out by nurses are activities of the intervention, not nursing interventions. Further studies are required to improve nurses’ skills to implement according to standards.

Penyakit tuberculosis merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan yang paling besar di seluruh dunia. Penyakit ini juga merupakan penyebab kematian dan morbiditas yang tertinggi pada negara-negara berkembang, seperti Indonesia. Sebagian besar perawat tidak melakukan rencana perawatan pada pasien tuberkulosis paru karena tidak ada standar struktur meskipun ada pedoman bagi manajemen keperawatan pasien TB paru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui diagnosa keperawatan yang sering ditegakkan perawat pada pasien tuberkulosis paru. Penelitian dilaksanakan di ruang rawat inap Rumah Sakit. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif observasional dan deskriptif eksploratif. Sampel adalah dokumentasi askep pasien TBC dengan cara nonprobability sampling yaitu purposive sampling jenuh. Analisis data dengan analisa univariat dengan distribusi frekuensi. Hasil penelitian adalah perumusan diagnosa keperawatan adalah tidak efektif bersihan jalan nafas (52%), penulisan 1 (satu) diagnosa tidak efektif bersihan jalan nafas menjadi 13 bentuk nama diagnosa yang berbeda. Perawat menuliskan diagnosa pola nafas tidak efektif terdapat 7 bentuk penulisan diagnosa. Perawat juga menuliskan diagnosa nyeri akut terdapat 5 bentuk penulisan diagnosa keperawatan, dan menuliskan diagnosa hipertermi terdapat 2 bentuk penulisan diagnosa keperawatan. Rekomendasi penelitian adalah manajemen rumah sakit diharapkan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan skill perawat dalam penulisan diagnosa keperawatan yang terkini, memonitoring dan mengevaluasi baik secara kualitatif maupun kuantitatif penulisan diagnosis keperawatan, menerapkan standar diagnosa keperawatan yang terkini. Perawat pengelola pasien diharapkan dapat menggunakan diagnosa keperawatan terkini sesuai dengan penggunaan NANDA.
