Tricuspid valve metastasis in osteosarcoma, paving way through iliofemoral vessels – An unusual presentation of a usual diagnosis

Abstract: Hematogenous spread of osteosarcoma is a common knowledge, with frequent metastases to lungs and bones. Cardiac involvement is rare finding, most of them depicting contiguous cardiac extension through vessels into the right atrium. Tricuspid metastases are rare.
