Treatment approach for patients diagnosed with hepatocellular carcinoma in the national cancer center in Nicaragua

Abstract: surgical resection has a OS median of 21 months and a maximum survival of 32 months; patients treated with locoregional treatments had a maximum OS of 40 months with a median of 14 months; As for patients who received systemic treatment from the moment of diagnosis had a maximum survival of 22 months with a median of 10 months and those who did not received any treatment had a survival of 8 months.
