Tratamiento del estado epiléptico: uso de fármacos antiepilépticos y desenlaces en dos hospitales de cuarto nivel en Colombia

Abstract: Introducción: el estado epiléptico (EE) es una emergencia neurológica con alta morbi-mortalidad asociada, el tratamiento se debe fundamentar en las guías internacionales. Objetivo: describir la frecuencia de uso de los anticonvulsivantes empleados en el manejo del EE en dos hospitales de cuarto nivel en Colombia.
