“…Aufklärungspflichtig sind neben den typischen Risiken der endonasalen Nebenhöhlenchirurgie die Verletzung der A. ophthalmica, die Verletzung von Anteilen des Nerven durch die Schlitzung seiner Hüllen, ein Liquorleck und Meningitis. Verschiedene Autoren vermeiden die Durchtrennung des Anulus Zinnii und die Optikusscheidenschlitzung, um eine Liquorrhoe zu vermeiden und um nicht Gefahr zu laufen, Nervenfasern iatrogen zu schädigen [255,293,294]. Ob eine ausreichende Entlastung des Nerven bei Vorliegen eines Ödems oder Hämatoms innerhalb der Opticusscheide auf diesem Wege gelingt, muss infrage gestellt werden [295], Wenn der Verlauf des N. opticus außerhalb der Keilbeinhöhle liegt oder wenn das Dach seines Kanals frakturiert ist, wird der neurochirurgische, temporale Zugang gewählt.…”
