“…The conductivity revealed a peak from 10 5 Hz to 2×10 6 Hz frequency range. Beyond this peak, it decreases with frequency, which is consistent with the literature published [26]. The plot (ln σ) versus (lnω) is presented in figures 4(a)-(c) where ω is the angular frequency.…”

“…At high temperature, the charge species at grain boundaries have enough energy to hope over the barrier in turn increasing conductivity [24]. Clearly, it decreases while temperature increases from 300 to 473 K, Cherif et al indicated that this behavior suggests that the conduction mechanism is triggered thermally and that hopping is the dominated mechanism in this temperature range, which agree with Mott's theory commonly presented in perovskite materials [26]. This parameter increases at T=500 K to reach maximum value at T=573 K beyond that temperature it decreases again.…”

“…The effect of substituting Mn by Sn, Fe, Cr and Ti is well studied by our group [17][18][19][20][21][22]. Also, the effects of introducing Ag in manganite-system on electric and dielectric properties are recently studied [23][24][25][26]. Different conduction mechanisms appear when changing the dopant element, its concentration and the substitution sites.…”

“…Metal to insulator transition (MIT) is reported for La 0.5-x Pr x Ca 0.5 MnO 3 (LPCMO-x) materials [16] and other similar types of manganite materials [20,21]. This manuscript will addresses the interactions relating to spin degree of freedom and magnetic correlations for these intermediate and short bandwidth mixed ceramics.…”
