The article highlights aspects that should be considered during an open Research, Development, and Innovation (RDI) process cycle to improve the utilization of research data and foster open cooperation between higher education and businesses. The viewpoint here is in publicly funded joint research projects of the universities of applied sciences (UAS), the concept is, however, applicable in other higher education and research organizations as well. There are various challenges related to research data management in general as well as to the openness and reuse of data and results. The findings of this article are based on the results of a two-day expert workshop, and these results are interlinked with five phases of an open RDI process cycle: planning, implementation, documentation, sharing, and commercialization. Various drivers and barriers can be identified in different stages of the process. On a general level, special attention must be paid to critical factors such as ownership and sharing of data and results, confidential information and business secrets as well as following the requirements of the Open Science (OS) policies of the participating organizations and funders. This article also highlights several best practices that should be considered in each phase of an open RDI process cycle with businesses.

Nos últimos 30 anos, o ensino superior brasileiro cresceu vertiginosamente, e cursos de Psicologia apresentaram um dos maiores crescimentos de matrículas. Este artigo objetivou analisar a disponibilidade on-line de informações pedagógicas sobre cursos de Psicologia. Trata-se de estudo exploratório, documental, que analisou estatisticamente as taxas de disponibilidade das informações pesquisadas nos sites das respectivas Instituições de Ensino Superior. Os resultados apontam que cursos públicos e privados incorreram em omissão na publicização de informações relevantes, em desacordo com as noções de transparência e accountability e contrariando disposições legais.

Бакурова А.В. доктор економічних наук, професор, професор кафедри системного аналізу та обчислювальної математики, Національний університет «Запорізька політехніка» Діденко А.В. кандидат економічних наук, доцент кафедри економіки, Класичний приватний університет ІНФОРМАЦІЙНА ПРОЗОРІСТЬ ФІНАНСОВО-РИНКОВОГО СТАНУ ПРИВАТНИХ ЗАКЛАДІВ ОСВІТИ У статті розглядається питання впливу інформаційної прозорості щодо фінансово-економічного та ринкового становища закладів вищої освіти на поліпшення стану приватної вищої освіти в Україні. Розглянуто динаміку показників ліквідності, платоспроможності, рентабельності, ділової активності, ринкову частку компанії, її місце у відповідній сфері, динаміку росту у порівнянні з конкурентами та сформованих на їх основі показників фінансового та ринкового скорингу за даними окремих приватних закладів вищої освіти Запорізької області, що надані Аналітичною компанією YouControl. Зазначено про необхідність реалізації принципів інформаційної прозорості в частині обов'язкового розкриття фінансових та ринкових позицій закладів освіти з метою мінімізації ризиків взаємодії між зацікавленими сторонами. Запропоновано заходи для підвищення рівня довіри та зацікавленості стейкхолдерів у діяльності приватної вищої освіти в Україні. Ключові слова: інформаційна прозорість, заклад вищої освіти, ринковий скоринг, фінансовий скоринг, фінансово-ринковий стан.
