Transcultural adaptation of the Johns Hopkins Fall Risk Assessment Tool

Abstract: Objective: to perform the transcultural adaptation and content validity analysis of the Johns Hopkins Fall Risk Assessment Tool to assess both fall risk and fall-related injury risk for hospitalized elderly in Brazil.
