Transcriptome survey of phototransduction and clock genes in marine bivalves

Abstract: ABSTRACT. Marine animals exhibit a variety of biological rhythms, such as solar and lunar-related cycles; however, our current molecular understanding of biological rhythms in marine animals is quite limited.
