Tracheoesophageal fistula as the presenting manifestation of Hodgkin's lymphoma

Abstract: Summary:We present a patient with tracheoesophageal fistula as the initial manifestation of Hodgkin's disease with oesophageal involvement. To our knowledge, this has not been previously reported. The diagnosis of Hodgkin's lymphoma was made at autopsy.
