“…The diffraction peaks observed for the undoped hybrid nanoparticles (ZnO) at 31.74, 34.38, 36.22, 47.54, 56.62, 62.75, 67.85, 68.68, 76.82 and 81.23 2theta angles, corresponding to 100, 002, 101, 102, 110, 103, 112, 202, 104 and 203 crystalline orientations, respectively, are assigned to the ZnO phase having a hexagonal crystal system within P63mc space group, using the reference 01-075-6445 JCPDS card. The XRD pattern revealed by the ZnO phase is in good agreement with other results reported in the literature [ 43 , 44 , 45 ]. As can be seen, the diffraction peaks exhibited by the hybrids are notably sharp and intense, suggesting a high crystallinity degree of the investigated samples.…”

“…A high value observed for J sc is normally due to the exciting electrons generated following light absorption; the higher the light absorption, the higher the electron excitation, and as a resultant, J SC will be high too [ 33 , 34 ]. Some results were not easy to reproduce because of the low-cost techniques used for the manufacture of the devices and because of variable temperature and humidity conditions in addition [ 35 , 36 ], some interface defects were noticed. Despite this, the results were generally quite reproducible with small differences.…”

“…Organic-inorganic halide perovskites are exceptionally fascinating absorber/active materials in thin-film technology due to their exceptional prominent device performance (solar cells and LEDs) and exceptional tunable optoelectronic properties [ 24 , 25 , 26 , 27 , 28 ]. Recently, a profound study has been made on hybrid perovskites due to their long carrier-diffusion length, high absorption, stability and carrier mobility, small effective hole/electron masses, and low exciting binding energies [ 29 , 30 , 31 , 32 , 33 , 34 ].…”
