Abstract: Es wird die Totalsynthese des linearen Peptidalkaloids Hexaacetylcelenamid A (7) beschrieben. Schlusselreaktionen sind zwei Kondensationen mit a-(Dialkylphosphory1)aminosiiurederivaten 10 zum Aufbau der Dehydroaminosiure-und Dehydropeptidderivate 14 bzw. 17.
