Total Synthesis of (−)‐Amphidinolide K

Abstract: À)-Amphidinolide K (1; see Scheme 1) is a member of the cytotoxic macrolides that were isolated by Kobayashi and coworkers from the laboratory-cultured dinoflagellates Amphidinium sp., which are symbionts of the marine flatworms Amphiscolops sp. found in Okinawan.
