Total Phenolic, Total Flavonoids Content and Antioxidant Activity in Fruits of Four Plum (Prunus Domestica L.) Cultivars

Abstract: Plums are among the most consumed fruits in Romania, being a good source of health promoting compounds. The objective of this paper is to evaluate in comparison the total phenolic content, the flavonoids and anthocyanins content and antioxidant activity in fruit of four plum cultivars.
