Abstract:The article gives a brief analysis of the monitoring, which was devoted to the study of the peculiarities of reflection of teachers about the presence of trust towards various entities of education in educational practice. The article describes the results of determinants of trust study that determines decision-making in risk situations. It is based on the idea that trust determines the risky action associated with the inability to leave the situation, and the determinants of trust are different, depending on the type of risky situation. The relevance of the study is premised on the insufficient knowledge of the problem and its importance for the understanding of the decision-making process in risk situations. To identify the determinants of trust we have developed the method of «Situational problems» integrating the narrative method and method of ranking. The situation is structured in such a way that the subject could imagine himor herself in the described situation and assess the risk of his or her act on the basis of the motives of possible actions. The study involved 102 people. Analysis of the results showed that the main criterion determining the trust to a person
