To the 25th anniversary of the Constitution of the Russian Federation

Abstract: In December 2018, the country celebrates the 25th anniversary of the Russian Constitution. The current (fifth) Constitution of Russia was adopted for the first time in the history of Russian constitutionalism by popular vote.
