Tingkat aktivitas fisik dan kualitas tidur masyarakat di Jawa Timur selama masa pandemi covid-19

Abstract: Aktivitas olahraga yang dilakukan secara berkelanjutan dan bersifat jangka panjang serta kualitas tidur yang baik merupakan faktor terpenting untuk menjaga dan meningkatkan imunitas tubuh di masa pandemi Covid-19.
