“…The COVID-19 pandemic showed us how significant internet-based interventions are, making this option a first-time implementation for many treatment providers. Guidance was quickly produced on what to look for generally in the treatment of OCD under COVID-19 (Fineberg et al 2020 ), what opportunities digital therapy offers, and what aspects to consider when using it from a privacy and therapeutic perspective (Allgaier et al 2020 ).
