Thrombotic Events in Asymptomatic FXII Deficiency versus Symptomatic FXI Deficiency: Surprising Observations

Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the impact of an asymptomatic congenital clotting defect (FXII deficiency) versus that of a similar but symptomatic defect (FXI deficiency) on protection from thrombosis.
