Three-dimensional sonographic features of a fetus with Wolf-Hirschhorn syndrome

Abstract: We present a case of fetal Wolf-Hirschhorn syndrome diagnosed by conventional two-dimensional and three-dimensional ultrasonography. Conventional two-dimensional ultrasonography revealed a diaphragmatic hernia, nuchal edema, and suspected hypospadias.
