Thoughts on Industrial Relations for the Eighties

Abstract: It would be a brave person who tried to give a definitive answer to that question, as New Zealand is at an industrial relations crossroads at the present time. It is vital to the future that on both sides of the table we address ourselves to the issues we are facing and are likely to face for the remainder of the decade. The only answer one could give with any confidence would be - "change-, technological, economic and social."
