Theses And Dissertations Completed In Home Economics: 1987

Abstract

The compilation of theses and dissertations completed in home economics in colleges and universities in the United States during 1987 is presented. The 803 titles submitted by 69 institutions are listed by subject matter area and degree; each entry includes title, author, school, and availability of the document. Infor mation about graduate research in home economics is summarized by (1) numbers of titles submitted by each school, (2) numbers and percentages of titles by subject matter area, (3) institutions reporting highest numbers of theses and dissertations, (4) ranking of institutions reporting highest numbers of titles in each subject matter area and (5) total numbers of titles by degree and subject matter area since reporting began in 1982.
