Thermodynamic-Kinetic Research and Mathematical Planning on the Obtaining of Phosphorus-Containing Components Based on Cottrel Dust From Phosphorus Production Waste

Abstract: The research work is designed to develop a technology for the disposal of phosphorus-containing waste through their complex processing to solve regional environmental problems. In this development, thermodynamic and kinetic patterns are determined and optimal process parameters are established using the method of mathematical planning of experiments.

“…In the territory of the branch of the NJFP "Kazphosphate" located in Taraz citythe mineral fertilizers plant-more than 10 million tons of waste from the production of phosphoric acid have accumulated. The accumulated waste is partially processed to obtain various commercial products for use in the form of fertilizers in agriculture [3,4]. Studies by scientists and manufacturers as well as laboratory experiments show that these industrial wastes are quite valuable secondary raw materials for the production of phosphate and complex phosphorus-potassium containing mixed fertilizers.…”

“…A scanning electron microscope (SEM) is fundamentally a microscope generating on elctron beam scanning forth and back on a sample material. In morphological studies of before adsorption of CSAC adsorbent, the particle size was found 10 µm and randomness like structure (Smailov et al, 2022). But in the after adsorption of CSAC, the particle size was from 10 to 20 µm (Fig.…”
