This article discusses the method of obtaining phosphorus-containing components from cottrel dust from the industrial wastes of the New-Jambul phosphorus plant. Accumulated industrial waste heavily pollutes the environment and has a direct impact on all living things. Therefore, their processing is of special interest for the state and grant programs have been allocated in order to obtain new valuable substances. In order to solve these problems, a number of experimental works have been carried out to study the chemical and mineralogical composition and chemical structures during the heat treatment of cottrel dust—the waste of phosphorus production. The optimal parameters of the process of obtaining mono-calcium phosphate from cottrel dust were determined and the process of crystallization of mono-calcium phosphate was studied. A method has been developed for obtaining a phosphorus-containing fertilizer based on cottrel dust from the industrial waste of the New-Jambul phosphorus plant by means of sulfuric acid solutions. The advantage of the resulting phosphorus-containing fertilizer is that it has a high solubility and digestibility of phosphorus plants. They are also high in phosphorus-containing substances that ensure the growth and yield of agricultural plants. The developed method for obtaining phosphorus-containing fertilizers is aimed at reducing the accumulated industrial waste, which in turn allows you to regulate and improve the environmental situation in the region.
One of the important sources of raw materials for the production of mineral fertilizers in wet-process phosphoric acid (WPA). It is known that WPA is obtained by treating natural raw materials directly with sulfuric acid. Since WPA is used in the production of mineral fertilizers, it is necessary to solve environmental problems with the rational and comprehensive use of mineral raw materials. This is because, during the extraction of natural raw materials, all impurities contained in phosphate raw materials are transferred to the composition of WPA. Therefore, the main goal is to clean the WPA from impurities. This article discusses the purification of WPA from the fluoride deposition method with the use of inorganic reagents. As the inorganic reagent for defluorination WPA used sodium salt. The influence of temperature, time and norm of sodium salt on the deposition method is studied. As a result, the optimal parameters of the purification of WPA by precipitation were determined: the norm of sodium salt -140% of stoichiometry; temperature -40-50 0 C; time -30 min. Under these conditions, the degree of purification of WPA from fluorine is 84%. The size of the crystals formed during the deposition of sodium silicofluoride is 40-50 microns. Composition of the purified WPA under these conditions (wt. %): P2O5 -19; F -0.24.
The article contains information about substandard material resources of phosphorite raw materials of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Samples of phosphate-siliceous raw materials of the Zhanatas Deposit were studied for the content of P2O5. To obtain diammonium phosphate (DAP), off-balance phosphorite from the Zhanatas Deposit was used, containing P2O5-16.18%. Technological solutions for the enrichment of substandard phosphate raw materials `Zhanatas` and the production of DAP from evaporated and non-evaporated WPA are proposed. Information on mineral petrographic analysis and the chemistry of the DAP production process based on the results of X-Ray Diffraction, X-Ray Phase Analysis, and SEM is provided.

To date, accumulated industrial waste creates serious environmental problems in the regions. Therefore, their processing in order to obtain valuable products is an urgent task. As a result of the reduction electric smelting of phosphorite raw materials in the Novo-Dzhambul phosphorus plant, about 150-160 kg of cuttrel dust is formed per 1 ton of yellow phosphorus. The resulting cuttrel dust is considered as a secondary raw material, it can be used to obtain phosphoruscontaining mineral fertilizers, since the boiler dust contains a proportion of phosphorus and other useful components. The purpose of this work is the processing of phosphorus production waste - cuttrel dust with the use of sulfuric acid to obtain phosphorus-containing mineral fertilizers. Methodology. For the processing of cuttrel dust under experimental conditions, instrumental test methods were chosen using a scanning electron microscope (SEM) of the Jeol JSM-6490l V brand, a multi-parameter portable cyberscanner (PCD 650 Eutech) and a Q-1500 Derivatograph. Results. According to the results of microscopic studies, it was determined that the content of the main useful component in the cuttrel dust P2O5 in the range of 30-31%. The thermodynamic regularities of the process of decomposition of cuttrel dust with the help of a solution of sulfuric acid have been studied. The standard thermal effects of changes in the enthalpy, entropy and the value of the Gibbs energy of the system at a temperature of 333–363K were determined using the HSC-6 complex program. The methods of mathematical processing are considered in order to determine the reliability of the results of the experimental work. The optimal technological parameters of this process have been established and determined. Conclusion. A technology has been developed for obtaining phosphorus-containing monocalcium phosphate based cuttrel dust from the waste of the Novo-Dzhambul phosphorus plant using sulfuric acid solutions. The advantage of the resulting phosphorus-containing component is that it has a high solubility and absorption of phosphorus to plants. They are also characterized by a high content of phosphorus-containing substances, which ensure the growth and productivity of agricultural plants and plant resistance to environmental stress factors.
