Thermochemical study of gaseous salts of oxygen-containing acids: XIX. Tin salts

Abstract

Reactions of the gas-phase synthesis of tin vanadates, borates, and molybdates were studied. Standard enthalpies of formation and atomization of gaseous salts SnV 2 O 6 , SnB 2 O 4 , Sn 2 B 2 O 5 , SnMoO 4 , Sn 2 MoO 5 , and SnMo 2 O 7 were determined.

Peaks of the ions Ge + , GeO + , V 4 O + 10 , and GeV 2 O 6 + were detected in the vapor mass spectrum in the temperature range 1550-1700 K. The intensity of the peak of V 4 O + 10 ions permanently decreased during vaporization, which is caused by V 2 O 5 partial thermal dissociation.…”
