“…Fig 9(a) &10(a) shows the enhancement comparison of refrigeration effects with the addition of Si3N4 nanoparticles and Si3N4 nanoparticles/surfactant for 0.6% volume concentration. In this work theoretical and actual refrigeration effects were estimated by using the eq (1) & (2). Results found that the refrigeration effect has been enhanced by 8.1%, 8.7%, 14%, 15% and 8.7%, 9.8%, 13.15%, 14.12% for Si3N4 nanolubricant and nanolubricant with surfactant respectively corresponding to the load 1,5,10 and 15 liters in comparison with pure oil.…”

“…The spectral absorbance was then used to correlate the nanoparticles concentration by employing Beer-Lambert's law to develop a linear correlation between colloidal suspension concentration and absorbance intensity as shown in Eq. (1) [38].…”

“…The COP using both R436A/POE and R436B/POE was found higher compared to R134a/lubricant (POE). Mahbubul et al [15] analysed the thermo-physical characteristic and their effects on COP due to mixing of 5 vol.% of Al 2 O 3 nanoparticles in R134a. They concluded an increase in the thermal conductivity, dynamic viscosity, and density of nanorefrigerant (R134a/ Al 2 O 3 ) by 28.58%, 13.68%, and 11%, respectively, compared to R134a at the same temperature.…”
