Theory of axial dechanneling

Abstract: Making use of the generalized Fokker-Planck equation, and the diffusion coefficients for the many-phonon excitations and the single electron excitation, the dechanneled fractions for 1.6 MeV H+ in the Si f l l O ] axis are calculated numerically. The temperature dependence of the calculated results is stronger than that of the Lindhard model.
