Theoretical Considerations on the Diffusion-Controlled Particle Growth in an Isotropic Medium

Abstract: The isotropic diffusion‐controlled growth of spherical precipitates in a binary system is investigated based on the modified diffusion equation of Cahn and approximately taking into consideration the boundary conditions.
