The 2x2 polarization matrix was investigated in terms of path loos, cross-polarization and fading statistics. The results show a higher depolarization of the vertical polarized signals at higher frequency. No significant power correlation coeficients were measured for tramsmitter-receiver distances larger than 150m. The envelop short term fading depends on the receive antenna polarization and is less predictable at lower frequencies.
