“…Sin embargo, debido a la morfología glaciar residual (Acaso, 2006;Bullón, 1997Bullón, , 2016 y a la evolución periglaciar (Palacios et al, 2004(Palacios et al, , 2012 que afecta a algunos sectores de las altas vertientes del área de estudio, los procesos de arroyada mixta nivo-pluvial generan, en la base de los circos y nichos de nivación, un incremento considerable de pequeñas incisiones y regueros como reflejan los altos valores de densidad de la disección en las altas laderas del macizo de Peñalara -en el sector central-o en el ámbito al norte de Flecha y área de los Pelados -en el tercio septentrional de la zona de estudio-, tal y como se aprecia en el mapa (Bullón, 1995;Palacios et al, 2012Palacios et al, , 2016. Mientras que en la mayor de la zona de estudio con valores similares evidencian un claro y marcado control tectónico, al concentrarse la escorrentía explotando la red de fracturas, lo cual disminuye la densidad de la disección, dado que de otra forma la dureza de los materiales -granitos y gneis-hace difícil el encajamiento.…”
