Abstract. The conducted investigation has included monitoring of the provision of educational services in a remote mode -distance-learning format for adult students at Moscow Business School (MBS). It is aimed at finding best approaches for increasing a degree of "reaching" every student. The problem is that some people, including potential candidates for distance-learning programs, blame distance education for the lack of communication with teacher/tutor. They say that distance learning does not allow applying the principles of customization to it; for some of them there is no difference between E-learning and distance learning. The results of this action research show rather clearly that there are ways in the framework of distance education to use an individual approach for each of the students by the tutors. Some types of intercommunication with students in written form could be rather exhausting ones, but others could be successfully carried out by a creative tutor

The aim of the study is to design the health-caring educational environment of a modern school for the education of children with diabetes. The leading methods to study this problem are perennial observations and the questionnaires, which revealed the health of children, their success in studying and their psychological state; sociological research, medical research of diabetes mellitus problems, theoretical analysis and generalization of scientific and pedagogical sources on the problem of health caring of students with diabetes mellitus; modeling. The study involved 20 children (aged 10 to 14) with diabetes in comprehensive schools in the Republic of Tatarstan. The main results of the research include identifying the experience of designing school health-caring environment for children with diabetes mellitus in different countries: identifying conceptual basis of the educational environment of the Russian comprehensive school, focused on the health caring of students with diabetes; designing a content-functional model of the healthcaring educational school environment for children with diabetes mellitus. The significance of the obtained results consists in the proposed structural and functional model of the educational health-caring school environment as a pedagogical system including the value-objective, content-informational, activity-practical and outcomeevaluative components. The worked out recommendations focus on the individualized and multidisciplinary approaches in the education of children with diabetes that will prevent the development and progression of diabetes mellitus; on the creation of the health-caring environment through the definition and actualization of health-caring functions, modernization of the content and technologies of the educational school process.

The research presents vision of the importance of modern professional foreign language education and its impact on the professional development of the individual, the possession of techniques and methods of professional communication, taking into account the specifics of the culture of the interlocutor. Comprehensive development of personality and specialist is currently one of the most priority areas of the Russian system of professional foreign language education, which makes the problem presented in this study relevant. In this study: 1) the relevance is indicated and the need for disclosure of the specifics of specialist training by means of professional foreign language education is determined; 2) the specifics of professional foreign language education as: a) an instrument of successful human activity in a multicultural community; b) a factor in the de-velopment of professional language consciousness and the culture of speech communication. A foreign language as an academic subject has always occupied a special place in the education of a specialist of any profession: proficiency in at least one foreign language is important and in de-mand today within the framework of international intercultural communication; 3) the characteristics of strategic directions in teaching language and culture in a non-linguistic university are presented; 4) the content of professional foreign language communicative competence of a future specialist is clarified; 5) the main vectors of innovative language and culture teaching within the framework of professional foreign language training of a specialist are proposed.
