The Temperature-Dependent Microstructure and Magnetic Parameters of FeCo Films

Abstract: The microstructure and magnetic properties of FeCo films fabricated by electrodeposition technique with different deposition temperatures were systematically studied. The results indicate that deposition temperature have the significant impact on the composition, microstructure, thickness and morphology of the films.
