Public health problems, especially in child development, are faced by many regions in Indonesia, including the province of West Nusa Tenggara. In recent years, a high rate of stunting has been identified in children. The Healthy Village Program is designed as part of student community service activities (KKN) as an effort to educate the public to minimize stunting rates in Pene village, Jerowaru District, East Lombok Regency. Program implementation is carried out through 2 types of approaches, namely counseling activities, and training or performance (demonstration). Counseling provided to the community includes counseling on stunting, early marriage and a clean and healthy lifestyle. While for training activities, namely training in making complementary food for ASI and performance in making a family medicinal plant garden (TOGA) and several other related activities. The activities that have been carried out have succeeded in encouraging the Pene village community to pay more attention to the growth and development of their children as an effort to prevent stunting, promote a clean and healthy lifestyle for the village community, and make young people aware of the potential problems that can arise as a result of early marriage. In addition, the family medicinal plant garden is used as an educational medium for school students and villagers in optimizing the use of residents' yards. The healthy village program which was carried out in this real work class has had a positive impact on the community, and supported the social program launched by the Pene village government.

Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) is a form of community service program held by universities in Indonesia. In KKN Program held in Desa Mata Woga, Kecamatan Katiku Tana, Kabupaten Sumba Tengah, the students and lecture of Unkriswina Sumba carried out various activities with the aim of mapping and developing village potential. The purpose of this KKN activity is to answer various social issues found, among others, in the management of village administration, education, health, and agriculture. There are 4 methods of carried out, (1) population data collection and village website creation, (2) improvement of basic literacy in the form of reading and arithmetic learning groups, (3) freshwater fish cultivation, and (4) production of bokasi fertilizer. The result of this activity is the availability of accurate and complete population data and the availability of a village website that can be used to present information about Mata Woga. In addition, in terms of developing community potential, the results obtained are an increase in children's reading and numeracy skills, the availability of freshwater fish ponds which are also expected to help improve community nutrition and prevent and accelerate the decline in stunting rates, and increase public knowledge in the use of waste by making bokasi fertilizer. In addition, the KKN group is also involved in various other activities, such making trash cans, nameplate making, building vegetable beds, posyandu and PKK activities, and cleaning the village environment. The results of the activities above show that this KKN program has been able to answer some of the problems that exist in the village of Mata Woga related to the mapping of village potentials and the development of existing potentials in the fields of education, health and fishery, as well as agriculture.

The covid-19 pandemic had the greatest impact on public health. The pandemic period has not ended and is still haunting the community. To maintain life, people must continue to do activities in meeting the nutritional needs of their families to be healthy so as to avoid the covid-19 virus. The impact of covid-19, more than 20% of children under five are malnourished. The pandemic condition has stirred and stirred the hearts of the research team to try out today’s nutritious processed food for children to improve their health. It is suspected that the provision of food can contribute to the protein sufficiency of children under five years old. Hope that adequacy consumption of nuggets can improve health because they are used as snacks or side dishes. Therefore, the quality test of nugget products is very necessary. The research objectives were to: 1) study the quality of nuggets, and 2) determine the health level of children under five. Completely randomized design (CRD) method for product quality. Pure experiment with randomized control trial design on children under five in Gunungpati area purposively on nugget intervention was done. Anamnesis method was carried out to explore children’s health and anthropometry with TB/U index to determine nutritional status. The study used 10 semi-expert panellists and 30 children under five years old. The results showed that nuggets were widely liked by children. Catfish nuggets can improve the health of children (p<0.05).
