The Synthesis of Nanophosphors YPxV1–xO4 by Spray Pyrolysis and Microwave Methods

Abstract: Due to rare earth doping, phosphates and vanadates are the leading materials for the synthesis of phosphors due to their thermal stability, low sintering temperature, and chemical stability. Phosphors in the nanoscale state are of particular interest. The simple, fast, and scalable synthesis of nanophosphors with high chemical homogeneity is a priority task. The purpose of this work was to synthesize powders of mixed yttrium vanadate-phosphate crystals of various compositions by coprecipitation under the actio… Show more

“…T U 6 -0 9 -0 2 -5 5 , and nitric acid HNO 3 (GOST 4461-77) were used as precursors. The samples were synthesised by the spray pyrolysis method similar to the procedure described in [17]. During the synthesis of erbium-doped bismuth ferrite, the concentration values of bismuth and erbium ions were calculated using the stoichiometric ratio: Er 3+ : Bi 3+ : Fe 3+ = х : (1-х) : 1, where х = 0.05, 0.10, 0.15, 0.20 is the nominal doping degree.…”

“…Сульфид кальция служит матрицей для получения неорганических люминофоров [8][9][10]. В современном мире материалы с люминесцентными свойствами являются объектом интенсивного изучения ввиду широкого круга возможностей их использования [11][12][13]. Одним из широко распространенных материалов является люминофор на основе сульфида кальция [14][15][16][17].…”
