Synchronization of the Potential of Industrial World with School Profiles Vocational to Improve Quality and Capability Graduates of Vocational Schools in Indonesia. This study aims to map: (1) the potential of the business and industry that has the opportunity to collaborate with vocational fields; (2) profile of vocational field school (SMK) business in improving the quality of education; and (3) synchronizing the potential of the industrial world with the business profile of the SMK. This research was conducted using qualitative methods. The research location was centered in the East Java region with samples divided into three regions, namely the northern region, the southern region, and the eastern region. This study reveals that: (1) the industrial world has the opportunity to establish cooperation with vocational schools, namely the handicraft industry, food processing, creative arts, engineering technology, processed seafood, and materials; (2) priority programs for Vocational Schools in East Java include: improvement in special expertise, school-based enterprise programs, demand-market-driven programs, hands on experience programs, production based education programs, on-the-job teacher training programs, on the job programs student training, classical indoor and outdoor programs, training to be entrepreneur programs, and center test recruitment programs; and (3) synchronizing the map of the potential of the industrial world that has the opportunity to establish cooperation with vocational schools with a profile of Vocational Schools is very necessary because it can improve the quality and capability of vocational graduates.

The computer numerical control (CNC) machines are chiefly used for the production of jobs with high accuracy and high speed. The CNC machining centers perform the machining operations according to the given program instructions which are commonly programmed by a CNC programmer. In this paper, a procedure to develop an automatic CNC program for machining of different types of holes by using different machine learning algorithms is developed. The machine learning algorithms namely support vector machine (SVM) and restricted boltzmann machine algorithm (RBM) with deep belief network (DBN) are used for the automatic development of CNC machining programs of different types of holes. Initially, the position and other parameters of machining operations are identified and thereafter the CNC machining program is developed by using the MATLAB application. The automatically developed CNC programs are tested on a CNC simulator. It is found that the application of RBM machine learning algorithm with DBN outperforms the SVM machine learning algorithm for the development of automatic CNC machining program for the machining of blind holes, through holes, counterbores and countersink operations.

This paper is an attempt to explore the barriers to integrating sustainability into construction project management in developing countries. To this end, a comprehensive review of the literature is conducted, as a result of which a list of 30 barriers is culled from existing studies. The list of barriers is subsequently assessed in terms of relative importance index (RII) through a survey questionnaire administered to Iranian construction industry experts, resulting in a dataset of 176 completed questionnaires. Findings bring to light the most influential barriers to incorporating sustainability in construction projects for a developing country. These were: (1) lack of understanding of the potential selfbenefits of proactivity and high economic risks that unsustainable practices may carry, (2) inadequate assessment of risks and a silo-based approach, namely, insufficient cooperation among practitioners, research institutions and environmental organisations and (3) the lack of a systematic approach to planning and acting for the fulfilment of sustainability goals. As one of the first studies in its kind, the paper offers invaluable insight for researchers, practitioners, and policy makers, in supporting the transition of construction project management practices towards fulfilling sustainable development goals.
