Christiansen (1 974, however, noted testicular involvement in 23% and Gow (1966) identified it in 14% of 83 patients with tuberculous epididymitis. Orchitis is thought to occur by contiguous spread from the epididymis and therefore reflects a later stage of the disease, although some authors consider it to be blood-borne.…”
