Abstract:Introduction: Staphylococcus aureus is responsible for skin and soft tissue infections, surgical site infections. Macrolidelincosamide-streptogramin B (MLSB) antibiotics particularly clindamycin is favoured agent to treat skin and soft tissue infections cause by Staphylococcus aureus.
