“…This notice indicates that the disordered formation occurs through the bonding of ‐OH in the PVAL system 20 . Another band occurred at 1712 and 1660 cm −1 are for absorption bands of C=O stretching and ‐OH bendingvibrations 22 . Furthermore, at 1438 and 1370 cm −1 , the absorption bands observed are associated with bending and wagging of CH 2 vibrations, respectively.…”

“…The sample's UV‐Vis spectra behaviors are evaluated in the range of 200 to 800 nm for different Li + ‐ion concentrations, as shown in Figure 6A,B. First, it is evident in Figure 6A that in the electrolyte specimen PVAL:0.04 wt% Li + ‐ions, a noticeable transmission shoulders at ~274.81 and ~327.60 nm in the UV region which are due to as the electronic shift π‐π * ( k ‐band) of the [CH=CH] 3 and C=O carbonyl group, respectively 22 . For other PVAL:Li + ‐ion electrolyte, the two absorption peaks also exist by increasing the lithium nitrate content from 0.19 wt% to 4 wt%, which refers to the high UV absorption.…”

“…In this experiment, the optical absorption value for pure PVA was not measured, but previous studies showed that the optical absorption peak for pure PVA was also in the UV region [ 37 , 38 ]. The blending of H 3 PO 4 into PVA was expected to form of the complex PVA–H 3 PO 4 , which can be evaluated by IR, NMR and XRD spectra [ 39 ].…”
