The Social Construction of Probation Counselor: Comparative Qualitative Analysis in Romania and the Republic of Moldova

Abstract: This paper brings a series of contributions to the understanding of probation practice as a permanent process of social construction, as well as identification of axiological, ideological, normative and institutional frameworks of the process, and how these frameworks are reflected in the speech on practice.
