PurposeIn this study, the researchers explored the roles played by digital technologies and digital innovation (DI) in Pakistan's Information, Communication and Technology (ICT) companies' firm performance (FP).Design/methodology/approachThe researchers used a quantitative study to gather cross-sectional data from employees working in Pakistan's ICT companies. The authors based this study's findings on 396 valid samples.FindingsThe structural equation modeling (SEM) findings underline that digital capability (DC), digital orientation (DO) and digital transformation (DT) have positive and significant effects on DI and FP. Moreover, there is a positive and significant relationship between DI and FP. Finally, DI mediates DC's, DO's and DT's associations with FP.Practical implicationsBy committing to embracing new digital technologies and updating existing DCs to become innovation leaders and to improve FP, the findings will help sectors to take advantage of developing digital technologies and the trend toward digitalization. The results are also valuable for policymakers when considering if SMEs should be provided with more money for the digital up-skilling of their employees. Finally, this study's findings enrich the depth of literature about companies' use of digital technologies.Originality/valueThis study's empirical findings confirm the roles played by DC, DO and DT in improving DI and FP in a developing country such as Pakistan.

This study intents to examine and analyze the continuous accounting implementation with green transformational leadership as moderation variable by conducting a survey. Accounting produce services that impacted by the industrial revolution, so that they need to prepare for the challenges of an industry that clings to inflexible rituals and indecision in adopting complex designs, technologies and processes. This study uses primary data through questionnaires survey. The sample was 614 employees of the finance and information technology division at banks registered with the Bank Based on Core Capital Group. The result present that digital capability has positive influence on continuous accounting implementation as well as green human capital and green transformational leadership. While, cybersecurity awareness has no influence on continuous accounting implementation. Green transformational leadership is strengthening influence cybersecurity awareness to continuous accounting implementation while the rest have no moderation effect. The implications of this study are theoretically the development of new measurements for digital capability. The practical implication is by increasing digital capability, companies can have special programs that focus on self-development in terms of technology. Accounting as one of the branches of science affected by technology needs to update the method of storing accounting data securely. The Indonesian Institute of Accountants can make regulations regarding continuous accounting. Finally, the implication for the banking is to be able to pay more attention to cybersecurity by creating specific cybersecurity programs

This study aims to explain the role of Tri Hita Karana-based business strategies and digital marketing strategies in improving sustainable business performance. The population of this study was traditional tai-weaving SMEs in Bali. The sample size was 195 managers of traditional ikat weaving SMEs with a purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is Path Analysis using SEM-PLS. The results show that government and environmental orientation had a positive and significant effect on sustainable business performance, while digital orientation had no significant effect on sustainable business performance. Environmental orientation had a positive and significant effect on Tri Hita Karana's business strategy, and environmental orientation had an insignificant effect on digital marketing strategy. Furthermore, Tri Hita Karana's business and digital marketing strategies positively and significantly affected sustainable business performance. Therefore, it is essential for traditional tai-weaving SMEs in Bali to intensify the implementation of Tri Hita Karana and digital marketing strategies to improve sustainable business performance.
