The role of the organizational culture of trust in the formation of regional social capital

Abstract: The article discusses the problem of reducing the level of trust in various social institutions, including public authorities. It is shown that this problem is an obstacle to the formation of regional social capital. The research purpose is to determine the role of the organizational culture of trust in the process of formation and accumulation of regional social capital.
