Abstract

This article examines the importance of information technology and the English language in the life of a modern person. The relevance of this article lies in a comprehensive study of the impact of new technologies and the English language on human activity. Special attention is paid to educational activities. One of the priority directions of the process of informatization of modern society is the informatization of education. The widespread use of information resources, which are the product of intellectual activity of the most qualified part of the able-bodied population of society, determines the need to prepare a creatively active reserve in the younger generation. For this reason, the writing of this article becomes relevant. Informatization of the society is often understood as the introduction of IT-technologies in the education process. According to the theory of information society, informatization includes, first, growth of information and knowledge, and only after that – The introduction of IT-technologies in all the areas of society.
